KB PVB is a Hong Kong based corporation founded in 2003. We are the large Chinese manufacturer using virgin resin in film production. We have 3 massive production plants with 7 production lines. With these figures, we have been the large manufacturer in China.To ensure the best quality products are produced, all our core machineries and raw materials are imported from famous suppliers. Combining with the advanced technology and systematic QC system, KB PVB has been qualified by world-class manufacturers such as Asahi, Pilkington, FUYAO,XYG, etc. With the support of these large processors, KB PVB has been promoted to an international level.
KB has the most advance technology with all devices imported from European and american suppliers. All the major production processes including extrusion, thickness control, contamination inspection, dust control and moisture control are monitoring by the most accurate system to make sure the PVB film are in world class quality.

The Production
The PVB Resin
Being the large PVB resin manufacturer in China, KB processes 3 resin production plants with annual capacity up to 20,000 tons. In consideration of PVB film durability and mechical performance, we modifiied the molecular structure of resin based on European technology. All our PVB film are produced by our tailor-made PVB resin only.
The Quality Control
We have been recognised by ISO9001, 14001, IATF16949. All PVB rolls are tested based on international standard to ensure safety glass produced by KB PVB are at top optical, durability and mechanical performance. KB also develop a professional technical support team to help customers maximize their production efficiency.
