Quality Management System
We have been recognized by ISO9001 and TS16949 quality management system. The entire production and quality inspection system are all operated in strict accordance with these systems. We also concern about the environment so we got the ISO14001 environment system certification. The sewage and noise in our production process are closely monitored to minimize the impact to the environment. Regular test by international test organization such as TUV, VCA are conducted to guarantee a full fulfillment of international quality standard of laminated safety glass.

KB possesses 3 resin production sites situating in Guangdong and JiangXi province, with annual production capacity up to 15,000 tones. All PVB resin we used is produced by ourselves only. In order to achieve excellent durability and mechanical performance. We also modifies our molecular structure based on European technology.
DCS CONTROL

KB adopts a unique DCS control system to minimize the fluctuation of resin properties. This system automatically adjusts the production parameter in PVB resin manufacturing process. It reduce error due to manual operation. All history paramtere can also be tracked from the center data base in case of any fluctuation.
RESIN QULAITY CONTROL

Precise quality control is applied to every lot of PVB resin before film production. Testing items include adhesive, transparency, volatolity and acidity. All these parameters determine the PVB performance such as durability, safety, optical, etc
BEST RAW MATERIAL

We have a precise selection of raw material including PVA, butryal, plasticizer, additives. All these are imported from famous manufacturer in Euro and American. Long term copperation and quality commitment are signed to secure the standard of all raw materials.
